Abstract
Angiomyolipoma, a rare benign liver tumor, was observed in a 50-year-o ld woman examined with US, CT, MR imaging and angiography. Dynamic stu dies using CT and MR imaging were valuable in differentiating the dise ase from hepatocellular carcinoma with fat deposits.
