Abstract
Full experimental details are given for the preparation of [F-18]fluor oethoxy-benzovesamicol, ridino)-5-(2-[F-18]fluoroethoxy)-1,2,3,4-tetra lin, a new fluorine-18 labeled cholinergic neuron mapping agent for us e in positron emission tomography (PET). This radiotracer was made by nucleophilic radiofluorination of tosyloxyethoxy-benzovesamicol, follo wed by reverse phase HPLC purification, in decay corrected radiochemic al yield exceeding 60%.
