Abstract
Single crystals of CaLnBaCu3O7-delta (Ln = La, Pr and Nd) were grown b y the flux technique from a BaO-CuO eutectic melt. The morphological f eatures of the grown crystals were studied using optical microscopy an d SEM. Phase formation and single crystallinity were confirmed by x-ra y diffraction studies. Superconductivity was characterized by four-pro be electrical resistivity measurements.
