Abstract
We report on the preparation of polymer metal precursors, their thermo analytical degradation and their transformation to high temperature su perconducting (HTS) Y-Ba-Cu-O or Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O compounds. The thin pre cursor film was patterned by electron beam lithography and subsequentl y transformed to HTS phases.
