Abstract
Semileptonic decays of the B(c) meson are considered in the framework of the constituent model of the meson and QCD sum rules. It is shown t hat the discrepancy in the width predictions obtained in different app roaches can be eliminated if the corrections due to the Coulomb-like g luonic interactions of the quarks are taken into account in the sum ru les.
