Abstract
This paper presents a model of formulation that can be used by psychia trists and other mental health professionals. A review of the literatu re indicates a need for a more comprehensive approach that can accommo date a variety of perspectives, suggest treatment and can be easily re called. These issues are addressed by the multiperspective grid presen ted in this paper.
