Abstract
We report a case of pulmonary and cerebral nocardiosis in a patient in fected with HIV. On the basis of this observation, the authors review the frequency of nocardiosis during the course of an HIV infection and the diagnostic problems proposed, and finally the therapeutic difficu lties encountered.
