Abstract
The changes in electrical properties of solid lithium aluminum nitride occurring during dc flow were investigated. Coulometric titration was used to determine the departure from stoichiometry and establish the region of homogeneity of lithium and the electrolyte being studied. So me characteristics of the electronic subsystem were determined and rep orted. The decomposition voltage of the lithium aluminum nitride was d etermined.
