Abstract
Homogeneous solid-solution oxalates of Ni2+ and Co2+ ions were synthes ized by coprecipitation from nitrate solutions using a double-inlet te chnique. The identification of the solid solutions used X-ray powder d iffraction (XRD), thermogravimetry (TG) and scanning electron microsco py (SEM) techniques. The experimental results showed that the coprecip itated powders have characteristics that are different from those of t he mechanical mixtures with the same stoichiometry.
