Abstract
In this paper, we analyze the fluctuations of the potential difference between two parts of a metallic tube insulated from each other and th rough which there is the turbulent flow of a dielectric liquid. First, the phenomenon of the convection of the double layer appearing at the solid/liquid interface is discussed. Then, possible reasons for the p otential fluctuations are proposed. Finally, details of the experiment al rig are presented along with a discussion of the results.
