Abstract
This paper derives some explicit frequency domain infinity-norm error
bounds for 2-D model reduction of denominator separable systems based
on 1-D balanced model reduction and Hankel approximation methods. The
evaluation of these error bounds only involves the computation of Hank
el singular values of two 1-D transfer matrices.
