SPINAL EPIDURAL ARTERIOVENOUS-FISTULAS - ARTERIAL AND VENOUS APPROACHES TO EMBOLIZATION

The authors describe two patients with multiple spinal arteriovenous f istulas and exclusive epidural venous drainage. Both presented with a myelopathy caused by compression by large epidural veins. Both had art erial embolizations, but one required a venous approach to achieve a s table clinical result.
