Abstract
A case of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the renal pelvis and ureter prese nting as chronic flank pain, calculus, and hydronephrosis in an immigr ant from India is presented, A literature review reveals a high freque ncy of reporting this otherwise rare tumor in India and suggests an in flammatory, environmental, or dietary etiology.
