Abstract
Mathematical models of cerebral transport were derived to study the on e-dimensional transport of antiCanCerous molecules across cerebral tis sue. It was fitted to seven measured concentration C(x) curves giving parameter estimates of diffusivity D and capillary transfer constant K (or/and absorption by cells). This study describes a new method of de termining coefficients using a technique of global optimization.
