Abstract
Relative to nosological classification and therapeutic strategies esse ntial Blepharospasm is discussed controversially in Neurology, Psychia try, Psychoanalysis, and other related branches. From an integrative p oint of view the clinical symptomatic is a result of psycho-social fac tors as well as organic factors. Two own cases are reported. The diagn ostic, therapeutic, and prognostic core problems are discussed.
