Exact solutions of the semi-classical Einstein equations with cosmolog
ical constant for conformally invariant free quantum fields in aa spat
ially flat Robertson-Walker metric are found when aa classical perfect
fluid is present. The stability of the asymptotically Friedmann-de Si
tter solutions is studied. The formers are found to be stable if alpha
< 0, while the stability of the latter depends of the signs of alpha,
beta, and LAMBDA.
