Abstract
There are 7 reported patients with osteoid osteoma of the hamate. Only 1 of these has involved the hook of the hamate. This article reports the second patient with osteoid osteoma involving the hook of the hama te. The clinical features, the diagnostic problems, and the management of this lesion are reviewed.
