Abstract
hyl-6-O-tert-butyldimethylsilyl)-beta-cyclodextrin (DIME-beta-CD) is s hown to be an efficient stationary phase of high enantioselectivity to wards chiral esters. Different 2-alkyl-branched esters have been stere oanalysed using DIME-beta-CD in enantioselective capillary gas chromat ography. The olfactory properties of the enantiomeric pairs are also d escribed.
