Rg. Cornwall et al., THE PARTICULATE MATERIALS CENTER - PENNSYLVANIA-STATE-UNIVERSITY, International journal of powder metallurgy, 29(3), 1993, pp. 283-288
The Particulate Materials Center at the Pennsylvania State University
was recently established to address the needs of particulate related i
ndustries for education, research and technology transfer. Programs an
d activities relevant to the powder metalurgy industry are discussed;
these include: formation and assembly of particles in fluids, powder f
low and consolidation processes, powder production, sintering and nano
phase particulate processing, particulate processing operations, powde
r injection molding, and particulate materials characterization.
