Abstract
Four patients with Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) presented with unique neurologic manifestations. On initial presentation, these patients ha d multiple mononeuropathy, multiple cranial neuropathy, myelopathy, an d cerebritis. This series demonstrates that WG can present with a spec trum of neurologic manifestations.
