Abstract
The present study investigated the relationships between interpersonal flexibility, Type A behavior, and impostor characteristics in college students. Although no significant relationship was found to exist bet ween interpersonal flexibility and Type A behavior, interpersonal flex ibility and impostor characteristics were negatively related for both men and women. Although Type A and impostor characteristics were negat ively related for men, they were positively related for women.
