Abstract
A CMOS current-mode winner-take-all circuit is presented. Its operatio n is discussed and simulation results are reported. The circuit contai ns both excitatory and inhibitory feedback; as a result, the circuit h as higher resolution and speed than an existing current-mode winner-ta ke-all circuit.
