Abstract
The aim of the experimental investigation has been to produce a plane cubic texture in silicon steel strip after quenching from the liquid s tate, cold rolled with a low degree of reduction in order to improve s urface quality and reduce thickness variation. The influence of low de grees of plastic deformation on the structure and annealing texture of silicon steel quenched from the liquid state has been studied.
