AN EXECUTIVE INFORMATION-SYSTEM - PLANNING FOR POSTIMPLEMENTATION AT NASA

One of the major barriers to the success of Executive Information Syst ems has been a failure to plan for critical post-implementation factor s regarding these systems. In 1992, development was initiated for an E xecutive Information System for NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. I n order to insure the success of this effort, an analysis was conducte d to assess relevant post-implementation considerations, and to create a plan to address them.
