Abstract
A new form of delay N-path recursive digital filter with transfer func tion expressed as a summation of N delayed parallel recursive subfilte rs (each with a distinct denominator) is presented. This new filter is suitable for efficient systolic realisation and does not contain unco ntrollable don't care bands. Use of the proposed filter for system mod elling is demonstrated.
