Plastic deformation of Al-Li solid solutions with equilibrium and none
quilibrium Li concentrations has been investigated in detail in the te
mperature range 293-4.2 K. The effect of temperature on the stress-str
ain curve parameters has been studied. The data on the temperature dep
endence of the yield stress and the strain rate sensitivity of the flo
w stress at T < 140 K have been analysed in terms of the concept of th
ermally activated nature of plastic deformation of alloys.
