GIANT-CELL LESIONS COMPLICATING FIBROOSSEOUS CONDITIONS OF THE JAWS

Three patients who presented with giant cell lesions complicating ossi fying fibroma, Paget's disease, and cherubism are reported. The giant cell lesions complicating ossifying fibroma and cherubism were diagnos ed as giant cell granuloma (GCG), whereas the lesion complicating Page t's disease demonstrated more aggressive clinical and histologic featu res. The possible therapeutic and prognostic implications of these fin dings are discussed.
