Abstract
5-Hydroxyaloin A and a new anthrone, named as microstigmin A, were iso lated from the leaf exudate of Aloe microstigma. The structure of micr ostigmin A was determined by spectroscopic techniques as well as by co nversion into 5-hydroxyaloin A. Copyright (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Lt d.
