Abstract
Photoconductivity has been studied in sensitive p-type In2Te3 Single c rystals at room temperature. The influences of light intensity, side i llumination, bias voltage and chopping frequency on the effective Iife time of photogenerated carriers and spectral distribution of photocond uctivity have been reported. The value of the carrier lifetime is foun d to be in order of milliseconds.
