Abstract
A comparative study has been presented between thermocouple (TC) volta ge and diode voltage change with temperatures (both in positive and ne gative region) for determining the feasibility as also interchangeabil ity of using both as temperature sensor in one instrument. Adaptation of analog signal processing method for conversion of thermocouple outp ut voltage to identical form of diode voltage with variations of tempe rature has been discussed in this note.
