Abstract
CdSe films were prepared by a chemical deposition method. The electric al transport properties of the films were studied in air as well as in vacuum. The measurement showed that the electron carrier concentratio n is of the order of 2.8 x 10(19) cm-3 and mobility is of one order of 10(-5) cm2/Vs.
