Abstract
Hard plaques located in pressure areas were observed in an HIV-infecte d male patient at the AIDS stage. Histological examination of the skin showed necrosis of the eccrine sweat glands. The relationship between this disease and eccrine neutrophilic hidradenitis observed in HIV in fection is discussed. The authors propose a concept of eccrine sweat g land lesion spectrum.
