Abstract
Cross-sections of tritium production in proton-induced reactions for a great number of stable and nonstable nuclei at energies up to 1 GeV h ave been calculated. Semi-empirical formulae for calculating tritium p roduction cross-sections in neutron and proton reactions on stable and nonstable nuclei with atomic number Z = 6-83 at energies starting fro m the reaction threshold (10-25 MeV) and up to 25 GeV have been obtain ed. These formulae can be used for estimating He-3 and He-4 production cross-sections in reactions with nucleons at intermediate and high en ergies.
