Abstract
We consider the plasma-maser interactions of electrostatic waves for b oth magnetized and unmagnetized plasmas. The difference between these two cases is clarified. A correct transition to the zero magnetic fiel d is presented. The accuracy of the conservation of the adiabatic inva riant (the number of quanta of the nonresonant waves) is calculated.
