Abstract
A method for studying the spectral density of the transverse component of the velocity fluctuations in the region near a wall under the cond itions of turbulent flow with the aid of an electrodiffusion sensor co nsisting of two semicircular microelectrodes with a very thin insulati ng layer between them has been proposed. Such a bicircular sensor has been prepared by a photolithographic procedure. Measurements of the sp ectral functions of the velocity fluctuations of a liquid in the longi tudinal and transverse directions have been performed.
