Abstract
The electroanalytical behavior of 8-chlorotheophylline has been invest igated by cyclic voltammetry on a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE ) and by differential pulse polarography on a dropping mercury electro de (DME). The differential pulse polarography approach offers a simple and yet reliable method for the determination of 8-chlorotheophylline in pharmaceutical preparations with good accuracy and precision.
