Abstract
Castleman's lymphoma, a benign localized lymphoid hyperplasia, has bee n reported in association with POEMS syndrome, a multisystem reactive disorder that includes several skin manifestations. Benign reactive an gioendotheliomatosis is a rare skin disorder that is associated with v arious systemic disorders. A patient with long-standing Castleman's ly mphoma and POEMS syndrome also developed benign reactive angioendothel iomatosis.
