Abstract
The reactivity of active polymerization centres has been found to depe nd on the nature of the diene in the presence of which a lanthanide ca talytic system had been prepared; this effect was assumed to be due to the existence of two reactive bonds, Ln-C and Ln-C-Al, in the active centre.
