Vi. Fomichev et al., PARAMETERS OF CENTRAL HEMODYNAMICS AND MI CROCIRCULATION IN PATIENTS WITH ANGINA-PECTORIS IN THE EVALUATION OF PLASMOSORPTION THERAPY EFFICIENCY, Gematologia i transfuziologia, 37(9-10), 1992, pp. 19-21
The myocardial contractile function and microcirculation were studied
in 39 patients with angina of effort, III-IV FC before and after plasm
osorption course treatment in the presence of drug therapy. A positive
clinical effect was recorded in 86% of cases that resulted in disappe
arance of anginal attacks, reduction of antianginal drug therapy in th
e presence of improved central hemodynamics and increased myocardial c
ontractility and microcirculation.
