A young hypertensive developed embolic peripheral vascular disease rap idly followed by the appearance of subcutaneous nodules and paraparesi s. Postmortem examination revealed an intimal sarcoma of the aorta wit h extensive metastases. (C) 1997 by Elsevier Science Inc.
