Abstract
During the course of mapping and complementation analysis of phototaxi s (pho) mutations in Dictyostelium discoideum we have assigned to link age group V three mutant pho alleles belonging to complementation grou ps phoG and phoK. These are the first genetic markers with an easily r ecognizable phenotype to be found on this linkage group.
