Abstract
A coding mask structure is proposed that requires no auxiliary transpa
rent substrate (this is important for the IR spectral region, where th
e choice of appropriate materials is limited) and that permits subsequ
ent real-time decoding. The construction principles are illustrated by
a specific example.
