Abstract
Cryptovalsa halosarceicola sp. nov. was collected from intertidal Halo sarceia halocnemoides at Cairns airport mangrove, Australia. The sapro troph, which occurred in the intertidal region with Marinosphaera mang rovei, is compared with Cryptovalsa suaedicola and is illustrated in t his paper.
