Abstract
Recently, neutral Polyfuran was produced by electroreduction of 2,5-di bromofuran. We have studied the Resonance Raman and the FTIR spectra o f the material in the pristine state and upon doping with iodine. The interpretation of these spectra is presented as the results of lattice dynamics calculations into die Effective Conjugation Coordinate forma lism.
