ELECTRIC AND DIELECTRIC-PROPERTIES OF POLYANILINE

The conductivity and its temperature and voltage dependence of polyani line doped with various pH (pH 0-6.3) have been measured. It was found that the temperature dependence of conductivity was more agreement wi th Variable Range-Hopping model. The repeat length of conjugated chain was estimated from Rosen and Pohl theory and is about 34 for 2A type polyaniline. The temperature and frequency spectrum of complex dielect ric permitivity of polyaniline without doping (pH 6.3) was reported fo r the first time.
