Its sonographic appearance and the recognition of simultaneously oc curring renal anomalies should allow for prompt recognition in childre n with scrotal swelling or testicular enlargement. We describe a 10-ye ar-old boy with right testicular swelling who underwent orchiectomy fo r cystic dysplasia of the testis.
