Abstract
The paper analyses the possible broadening of the group of users of in formation supplied by meteorological satellites of the NOAA series, wi th the development of an inexpensive and simple-to-use receiving stati on for satellite data. The configuration, application areas and potent ial possibilities of this station are described.
