Abstract
The general scheme of the UNK facilities intended for fixed-target exp eriments is presented. The principal experimental directions are consi dered. The possibility to investigate CP-violation in decays of b-quar ks has been studied. It has been shown that in the fixed-target experi ments at UNK, measurements of CP-odd asymmetry are possible with an ac curacy of delta(sin 2phi) almost-equal-to 0.05.
