Abstract
Edge-nodal coupled method, which uses edge elements in eddy current re gion and nodal finite elements in non eddy current region to discretiz e H model, is presented for solving 3D eddy current problems. The math ematical models are divided into the ''strong'' form and the ''weak'' form model, Special treatment on the interface is presented. The test results are shown for the validity of the proposed algorithm.
