which usually occur after trauma in predisposed individuals. Their eti

in will help both the dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon better un
derstand and manage these vexing lesions. METHODS. Medline literature
search as well as original material. RESULTS. There is no one right wa

been variable. CONCLUSION. The management of keloids and hypertrophic

A better understanding of keloid pathogenesis may lead to improved th
